We are pleased to announce that Daisy & Co, the makers of a range of delicious organic cheeses, will be at the Bournemouth Vintage Fayre.

Tree Tops Farm is an 80 acre organic farm lying in a small valley overlooking the River Brue. Here in this quiet corner of south-east Somerset 5 miles from the medieval town of Bruton, Richard and Caroline Harbord farm the land and look after their cows.
The methods used to make their cheeses have hardly changed from those used by traditional cheesemakers for hundreds of years.
